General Admission tickets will be available for sale at weigh ins. Entry is $10 for ages 12 and up. Ages 11 to 5 years of age are $7.
All bags will be searched upon entry. Absolutely no outside food will be allowed in the building. athletes will be allowed to bring a drink and small amount of food through the door. TEAM COOLERS will be allowed in through a separate door for a cooler fee of $30. Team coolers will be stored in the lounge and only athletes and those with floor passes will have access to them. |

Minimum staffing for a table is 4 people. You must commit to and run the table for the entire day. You must have one adult at the table and be able to follow a bracket. Each table will be paid $100. Brackets will be run from the tables using predetermined bout numbers. Bout sheets will be brought to the head table for cross reference, award presentation, and points calculation.

Weigh ins for all divisions are from 1-9 PM, 23 January 09 at the host hotel, Holiday Inn I-95. Please have your USA card present or purchase one on site. Team weigh ins are encouraged. If you are a high school wrestler with a Friday night match that precludes you from getting to weigh ins by 9pm, call or have your coach call Marty Bartram at 910-824-0024.
Coaches' floor bands will be sold at weigh ins. Coaches' floor bands are $10. You must have a current USA Coach Card to purchase a floor band. Bronze certified coaches with a current USA Coach Card receive a free floor pass. Coaches must purchase floor bands in person, no exception. Without a USA Coach Card, floor bands are $20. General Admission tickets will be available for sale at weigh ins. |

Coaches, if you would like your local media to be automatically nofitfied of your team's results send the email address of the media contact to Marty at Rhino_eXtreme_Director@rhinowrestling.org Coaches' floor bands will be handed out at weigh ins. Coaches' floor bands do not provide exemption from the $10 entrance fee. Current USA Coach Card is required for floor bands at the $10 price. Doors open to the public at 7:30am (no earlier!). Any mistakes on brackets must be reported by 8:15, no exceptions. The brackets will be available on trackwrestling after weigh ins but will not be final until 8:15 am. Wrestling will start at 9 am. General Admission tickets will be available for sale at weigh ins. 3 Match guarantee for any bracket with 4 or more wrestlers in it.All brackets will be wrestled straight through to include the finals.
Division 1 wrestle 1.5 minute periods, Division 2, 3 and the Open wrestle 2 minute periods.
Tot - Intermediate wrestle 1 minute periods. Novice and Schoolboy wrestle 1.5 minute periods.
Headgear is required for all division except the Open Division. Wrestlers with Orthodontics must have mouthguards.
