The USMC is looking for a few good wrestlers. Well, fifty to be exact. Marines know that wrestlers get knocked down but the toughest keep getting back up. They recognize that victory comes not from being the fastest or the strongest but from refusing to fail. To honor this sentiment the USMC Challenge Series was born. Three events will try the will and skill of wrestlers and the top fifty will be recognized by being awarded a USMC Challenge Series Belt.

Current Point Standings are available by clicking the link at the top of the page. Tie-breaking criteria have not been applied yet. The standings are listed by point leaders, then alphabetically by last name.

The top fifty point winners will be awarded the USMC Challenge Belt. You must participate in all three events to be eligible. Point leaders will be listed after the second event.

Tie breakers will be decided by
a) Number of pins the competitor had
b) Number of tech falls the competitor had
c) Number of major decisions the competitor had
d) Total number of matches the competitor wrestled in (byes will not count)

"Concerning the point system for the USMC Challenge series, it was brought to our attention that allowing points to be scored in two different divisions was not equitable for the older wrestlers that have no Division to move up to, in consideration of this the following is the provided:
You MAY wrestle two separate divisions HOWEVER you will earn points based on your highest performance NOT a culmination of the two."
